BMW M4 GTS

Only 700 made... For the entire world! That is the number of BMW M4 GTS' made. Only 300 were shipped to the US.This was a more race tuned version of their sports coupe, the M4. People had thought that, over the years, the M cars had gone downhill. They went from track cars that were able to be driven on a normal road to road cars that could be driven on a track. Many people didn't, and still don't, like this. M cars are supposed to be exciting and extreme and instead they are becoming more and more boring and dull. The M4 GTS, however, aimed to change that.
The GTS was released in 2016 and was a limited production run from M. It seemed like a shot at getting that M spirit back. It really seemed like a chance for the M line. The once truly revered BMW sports line. The M4 was supposed to bring all that back.. and it did. It had an 3.0 L inline 6-cylinder that created 493 hp. It created 442 lb ft of torque! this made the GTS extremely fast. It could reach 60 miles per hour in just 3.8 seconds! That's really quick for a rear wheel drive car! The GTS has an est. high speed of 189.5 mph. So spec wise this car does really good. It has a lot of power and it is also very light. BMW took lots of steps to take weight off this car, and it worked. The performance, with stability control off, is excellent! It truly feels like an M car. It is extreme and exciting.

But it's not just the performance and specs that are extreme and exciting for this car! The car also looks spectacular! It looks extreme! The front end it lowered and has a carbon fiber splitter. The back of the car is fitted with a large rear wing for down force. Both are carbon fiber and look amazing! The tail lights are also made of special kind of LED and look really cool. The hood is redone and looks more extreme and the front end looks meaner and more aggressive. All this adds up to a pretty good looking BMW. I would say that this car is going to become a classic and it also shows us that there is still a little bit of the original M left at BMW.
